I can't recommend Excel Electrical Services LLC highly enough. About three years ago, I had EES come out to repair an outlet and cable in our basement for our dryer. The technician was incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. What stood out to me was that he gave us several options and was completely upfront about what he would do himself—including recommending the cheaper and more efficient solution rather than trying to sell us on unnecessary work. That kind of honesty is rare.

I had a great experience with Glen. He came out to repair my outdoor outlets and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything repaired much faster than I expected. What really stood out was that he took the time to explain what was wrong and offered valuable advice to help prevent future electrical problems.
